This is one of that kind of experimental anime. Very basic and the opening animation is nothing related to the actual animation of the mecha. The poorly used cgi feels like some kind of early ps2, ps3 video game but its doesn’t work.
The real good point is the music, believe it or not its actually pretty good. It has that classic Super Robot anisong epic style that its the real only good point of this anime
Its a good idea of an anime but bad executed, maybe could be better without the cgi robots
The characters are really plain and not very exciting.

Actually, I've been watching it since I was little because it used to be on TV. So my assessment here is based on my previous experience.
this is a pretty good anime and became my favorite show in the past with the concept of a transformer version of the VMMORPG game like S.A.O today. Of course the point of view is changing now that I'm getting older and there are many films with the same and better concept if you've just watched this after you're over 13 years old you'll probably find this film no more interesting than ex arm or something because it wasn't meant for ... |
