Synopsis

The Hari Hari Island Adventure Rally is just about to start! Hello Kitty, Keroppi, and other Sanrio favorites have gathered in fantastical cars for an endurance race around the island’s many obstacles. Sam and Chip think their vehicle has what it takes to win the checkered flag, but after a late start and a few unfortunate accidents, can this plucky duo survive the odds and pull off a victory?

"Sam to Chip no wa Hachamecha Dai Race" is one part of a series of Children's OVAs that deal
with a variety of characters from kid's shows such as Hello Kitty and other's I don't know.
In this part they do kind of a (what I would call) soap-box race through their fantasy world I guess,
which focuses mainly on Sam and Chip, who are duck-like (?) figures who think they will win the race,
because they got the best car. But on their way to the finish line, they get distracted by flowers
and they can't refuse to taste their nectar, and because they are self-assured they let Hello ...
