Very short pieces of animation. Maybe the shortest out there. Both do a good job of presenting the meaning of something too. The titles are self-explanatory as to what they present.

Really short animations that are somewhat abstract in trying to present what they are.

Each of them are very short episodes 15 seconds or under.

An expression. A sincere one? Whatever it may be, Ai and Aa/ii both show some kind of human reaction in a truly unique way.

Love Bites and Ai are extremely short and bizarre ONAs about love.

Now, I know love is a very irrational thing, but this seems to take the cake. At face value, there doesn't seem to be a lot. Literally. But they are kinda cool with the ideas they play with. One is a shout to the face "you've just died!", the other, well, a more intricate piece of art depending on how you look at it. Takes no time to watch both of these. One of them is a literal vine.

Misunderstood. From what I have seen, people look at both of these anime in the wrong way. Both Ai and Aki no Puzzle are actually more intricate than meets the eye, maybe nothing too alluding but enough to make it obvious that it is a different kind of visual experience. Both are good forms of art that take on something no one really tries to take. Creating one of a kind experiences.
