Art piece (no vocals)

Special/Important note: Music can bring passion. At least the great ones do. What comes with passion depends. It may be anger, sadness or in this case some sex. Yep, that rating you see of ‘G’ is wrong. I can see this as pg-13 and maybe ‘R’ but not ‘g’ for all ages. I state pg-13 because the art doesn’t announce the fact but enough detail is there to see the act. Sure, an educated mind fills in the rest but it is there. And no, it is not a onetime event.
Why the show started with a brief moment of ... darkness and no sound was a complete waste of my time and mystery to me. Going further the introduction has a natural background sound if you were in a public setting waiting for a show.

Art is portrayed In a jumble/morphing fashion with some thrown in shading. Although, given the art’s portrayal/ music I must say I am impressed. Finally, a piece that was beautifully done to not only expresses the mood/story but good to look at. Some might call this art style of limited lines as cheap but I degree in this regard. You are presented with enough information and your mind fills in the rest. Had the art been more detailed I would say the whole art process would be ruined. For the art is almost portrayed as a musical sheet with its lack of detail. Which works out for this is in fact a musical. A classic as well.

Another positive note is the art does a wonderful job at separating dark and light moments along with brief moments of imagination.

Overall: One’s first thought from the cover art and or information page may be to skip this. For the use of Beethoven has been played to death. Especially in classical scenes/ movies. Although, you would be a fool to. If you stick around for the show you might find yourself looking at music and the cooperation of art in a whole new enjoy able fashion.
