Both are created by the incompetent Idea Factory studios, apparently are adaptations of video games, and are great for the so-bad-it's-good masochists out there in this Earth.

Same creator, same backgrounds, same type of animation. Check out for a good laugh with some friends or see how bad some scenes are in them. There is even a small crossover between them.
