Ane Log: Moyako Neesan no Honpen wo Tobidashite Tomaranai Monologue

In order to understand this anime, you need to know what flash animation is. Well it's not complicated, it's just limited and poor animation easy to make in a program. Others like it are Saiki Kusuo flash anime.

Now Ane Log while being simplistic and limited has a charm and it comes from the main character Konoe Moyako. She singlehandedly carried the anime with her antiques and funny misunderstandings regarding her relationship with her little brother. The show presents itself as a comedy and uses Moyako's misadventures behaving like a doting and obsessive big sister which in some cases it borders incest but it's played for ... laughs.

The art is extremely simplistic, backgrounds are decently drawn enough to understand the location where the action happens and while it's mediocre, I still found Moyako cute to look at in most shots.
All episodes include a scenario with Moyako thinking about something perverted and connecting that with her brother, she's just worried, that's all.

No openings or endings, no cool soundtrack, this anime is bare and raw.
What it does shine in it are the voice actors, totally professional acting, Moyako is so fun to follow, her mind fabrications are wild, I could listen to her dramatic monologues all day, hell I could even believe her.

If you hate flash animation and bad animation in general, then skip this and go straight to the main OVA that looks like a genuine anime. If you're in it for a good laugh going along with a big sister who is obsessed with her brother, be sure to watch this.
