Series I hope will get added to future super robot wars games.

Kick back with your choice of inebriant or lack thereof and have some fun watching action heroes battle it out with all sorts of weapons, explosives, superpowers and machines. OVAs aren't usually very long so you don't even need to commit. You don't need to think too much and don't take it so seriously. These shows are all about having a good time and maybe some laughs along the way.

Anime released on VHS by Manga Entertainment/Manga Video in the UK. If you have any additions or corrections let me know.

Noir is characterized by such elements as cynical heroes, stark lighting effects, frequent use of flashbacks, intricate plots, and an underlying existentialist philosophy. The full definition can be found in Noir interest stacks' descriptions; but at times, anime projects did not went all in Noir, rather the team made it more palatable to wider audience.

I realize it after having stumbled upon some anime titles that contain some clear Noir features, but not fully immersed in it (tl;dr: not enough blood spilled) to be inserted in Noir interest stack.
