Puu-neko is for cat lovers. If you really like cats? You'll probably enjoy the show. It has a rapid-fire pace which tells of it's 4-koma origins, and the action is inside a reduced area, with words (and thus subtitles) outside of that. The animation is sparse, but looks ok.

Each is a very short episode made up of very short stories about cats. The stories seem loosely connected, and are mostly quite funny. Only the first 5 episodes have been subtitled that I could find, unfortunately.

Overall I can only give it a 7. It's so odd in delivery and format, and the stories are ...
