Both are isekai that will have you on the floor, dying of laughter. If you love Konosuba you'll undoubtedly love Eminence in Shadow.

Different premises, I understand that. Hear me out - both are comedies involving characters and based off of 'realism' in what the characters say and do - really good chemistry between characters

Do you like MCs who are nice to people who are kind to them, but absolutely shits on anybody who tries to fuck with them? Or the kind that are super lazy scumbags but always do the right thing? How about also being incredibly cultured? Well if you enjoy Kazuma you'll probably like Leon, who has to suffer through the pains of an Otome game, while also crushing the pride of douche bags.

Both series take on the similar premise of the main characters being transported to another world. However, as KonoSuba adds a comedy/parody tone to it, Re:Zero adds a slightly darker tone to the genre.

Parodies of fantasy genre tropes with charaters that have strongly weird personalities.

The (miss)adventures of a disfunctional party consisting of unhero-like hero and some pretty girls, this series makes fun of usual fantasy tropes with some fanservice included too.

Both are parodies of the typical Adventure story, the writing and jokes are extremely spot on. The cast of both series are remarkably entertaining and lovable, rest assured that you will certainly find a character to your liking in both. Go in and read the two for a amazing adventure and surely you will smile the whole time reading. So go out and support both series and most of all have fun!

Both main characters die and get transported to another world, where both worlds are fantasy rpg like. Both also have some echii scenes and a well loved cast.

KonoSuba and Sekai Game both feature a very similar style of comedy based on character interactions. Each series has a set of oddball characters which wouldn't typically interact with each other yet do so through the main character. With plenty of ridiculous situations in both series, they're quite similar in the absurdity of the characters reactions and interactions. If you like the comedy in one, you'll like the other.

Light novels about NEET protagonists that get transported into a different world and are not afraid of taking advantage of that neither they show any remorse about taking advantage of others. Both are comedies with quirky characters.

Protagonist is a true champion of genred equality, not afraid to hit whoever crosses his way regardless of their gender. While both have comedy elements, Konosuba is pure comedy while Index is more serious. Both are light novels.

Ragtag team of people with quirky powers of dubious qualities in a parody of isekai genre.

Transported to another world

Both MCs die and are taken to another world. Both decide to drag their respective goddesses along with them. With harem elements and similar character dynamics, it is highly likely that you will appreciate Konosuba if you like Monster breeder.

In both the Male protagonist is reincarnated in a parallel fantasy world. In Konosuba the male lead is reincarnated at the same age that he had when he died, in addition, the focus is on the comedy. On the other hand , in World Teacher the male lead is reincarnated as a baby with his memories from the past live. In this novel the male lead grows up in each volume and he uses his knowledge from the past life to help himself to succed in this new world, the focus is on the slice of life with action.
