I never argue about Mugino being stronger than Misaka dumbass, in fact even if Misaka being weaker she would still rank #3 because Aleister sees her worth more than Mugino. I just simply point out that the order of rank between level 5s is ultimately not based on how big their quantum dick size is because if that's the case, Gunha would surpass her already. |

| Like everyone else said, their ranking is based on how useful they are to Alister's plan rather than their strength. Accel and Kakine just so happened to be the top dogs that go with their numbers. Mugino has a much higher output than Misaka and in a straight fight, Misaka would actually lose because Mugino was stated to be able to vaporize her with one attack at her max output but because her attacks would hurt her as well she restrain from using such methods. Gunha is the lowest-ranked level 5 but he's WAY stronger than Misaka actually. Misaki can't mind control Misaka but she can turn the whole school on her if she wants though and given how Miaka refuses to kill anyone, her chances of winning in an all-out war against Mental out is actually low. |
