The story itself just made its parent series look gruesome (which is was) since this OVA was adding to the comical effect. The fact it starts out in a hotsprings and the boys (one who is a rapist and the other a pimp) are just simply stupid idiots in this one and goes as far as to make them funny and makes the audience feel sorry for Makoto (for the first time) since it is this time- the girls making things had for Makoto to choose.
Art/Sound: all the same in the general look of the entire series. The black magic chocolates and tentacles (seriously Japan...seriously) and the demon girls just made things funny yet still held onto the creepiness of the anime.
The characters: There is a parent in this one- although she too acts without sense...like mother like daughter. And the sister of Kotonoha gets involved- again as to why is beyond thought. Again 2-Dimensional, but for an OVA they were just being funny and needed nothing else.
Overall:Funny- another break from the evil dark side of the series and more brain soap.
