I am not afraid to say that I really liked this series even though i could literally point out things that are wrong with it all day long. It's strange when you find an anime that is lacking in the most important areas but you still enjoy it regardless. That would be Brave 10 in a nutshell.

The story is too short and underdeveloped. The artwork is good but it is nothing special. The sound wasn't bad but there was nothing special about it either. Even most of the characters were underdeveloped.

Thankfully a couple main characters were developed pretty well, and with a good mix of light comedy and decent action this really somehow worked in a weird sort of way. The characters were drowning in anime stereotypes, but the voice acting and the chemistry between the group were fun to follow. Scenes were rushed and dialogue was lacking, but it didn't bother me at all. I was entertained through all 12 episodes. That's all you can ever really hope for when dedicating time to a series.

That all aside, you can tell that this should have been great, but it was just good. Thankfully it's based on a manga series, so this anime has done it's job with me since I'll be reading that next.

If you don't care about story (there is one, and it is just simply ok), and you want to see something that's a little fun, then this is worth a look. It is not a masterpiece by any means, but it's entertaining.
