Before I start I should just mention that even though Fate/Zero is made after Fate/Stay Night it was the first of the two that I watched.So I kinda watched them in chronological order :D So at first when I started watching I didn't quite get the whole wholy war and master/servant situation but soon enough it got clear and my interest was growing.The character that makes most impression at first is Irisviel mainly because of her appearance but she did earn my liking as the story progressed.She and Saber fought together and Kiritsugu who was Saber's actual master was fighting in his own way.I actually really liked the servants.All of them were unique.Besides Saber my other top were Rider cause he was lots of fun,Lancer beacuse he fought very fairly and the Saber vs Lancer battles were great! And I guess we have to mention Archer (Gilgamesh) who also makes his appearance in FSN.My most hated one was Caster cause he's just sick :D The story is well thought and made.
This anime was the first action and fantasy anime that I watched and I was totally hooked.It's one of the best anime I've seen and its definitely worth watching.
I love both opening themes.LiSA's Oath sign is why I started watching and the Kalafina songs are also epic and fit nicely.I don't know why the creators decided to make king Arthur a girl (Saber) but she is awesome-also one of my favorite characters :) I hoped this helped you and make sure to watch FZ as well was FSN!
