Story- The show is basically telling you what to not do in a relationship and to not let your sexual urges get the best of you. It basically like a older sibling or parent telling you how to not f*ck up in a relationship. However, while I still understand the point it is trying to get across, it dragged on and became boring to me. the other half made me still want to hit my head against a wall a majority of the time. Better than my reaction to the story the first time, but it still dumb to me, since it seems like a freaking melodrama still. Only thing I liked was the ending although I will admit it was also out of left field. Not every story has to be ball of the walls crazy or other genric things, but it just felt like a melodrama to me. I will give credit where it's do for being a deconstruction of the harem genre (Which I rarely pay attention to, but still got to give it some credit for that I guess)
Art- The animation is...eh to me. Not the worst I have seen like I said in my review of it before it isn't the greatest, but I have seen worst. The main issue and gripe with the animation is the weird ass camera angles. Every time they switched to some weird angle with the camera I kept going WTF. But other than that it is okay I guess.
Sound- I skipped the opening and ending repeatedly like I did when I watched it the first time. It is just not interesting to me. neither one is. Plus it felt like they played the same song over and over again and it got annoying as hell to me
Characters- I still stand by my view that a majority if not all the girls including that douche Makoto's best friend, barely got any character development. But Makoto represents guys, especially high school students, who have nothing but sex on their mind. I can sort of attest to this since I have a cousin who is just like this (Granted he is in his 30s). No way in hell does this make me like him (Locked in the top 5 worst MCs permantly) but I can see what type of guy he is embodying.
Sekai is basically the manipulative bitch of the series and basically caused all the drama that is happening. and the rest of the girls (With exception to Kotohana's sister and the girl with short black hair...maybe) literally have no development. They are just there and are horny for no reason for Makoto just...because I guess. Setsuna was kinda interesting to me but than she was basically there like the rest of the girls just to have sex with Makoto in the end
The only character I felt sorry for through the whole thing was Kotohana because she was bullied and used and the victim in all this. However she played the victim to damn much and it got annoying at times. Plus I was annoyed by the fact that she acted like a abused wife. Not because she was abused, but she was in complete denial about Makoto cheating and not liking her anymore (although he only got with her for her...assests mostly) even when she saw him kiss other girls with her own eyes. HER OWNS EYES! those two things on your face that are suppose to let you see everything. She saw him kiss other girls and was just like "Oh...Well as long as we are still dating you can kiss these girls. I'll just stand here speechless while you do it though and then go f*cking insane". I was just going WTF the entire time. but despite that..she isn't free of blame for the situation though.
Oh and PS...she was possibly raped. Definetly not a good thing, but I am pretty sure that is what happened to her (Not saying which episode though)
Overall- I still hate it. Emotions didn't get to me like last time I first saw it, but I still hated it Not as much as the first time, but it isn't something I recommend. it is still in my top 10 worst anime spot (Number 3 right behind Mars Of Destruction and Pupa as of now). Not the worst anime I have seen but it's up there. If you enjoyed it, good for you, Not going to tell you to hate it like I do. Go watch it if you want. If you like it goodx if you hate it good. Either way I just don't like this anime. That's all I have to say
