I never knew ufotable did the animation of the newish Tales of series after doing research I found out, so yep they have revamped the series so wonderfully of Fate/Zero and Unlimited Blade Works. It looks amazing in everyway. This is the order of the anime you should watch, well I was introduced to it back in high school it's how it gave me a different type of visual and nostalgia feels.

Fate/Stay Night from 2006 is the animation done by DEEN. This is the route of Saber and was the first Fate anime series that released. It talks more about Saber and Shirou's relationship. Tohsaka and Archer is with them too still of course, but it's not how you see them now. It's completely different. You can choose not to watch it and skip to Fate/ZERO. I recommend watching it though to see what it was like back then. You might find Shirou's character here surprising than it was in the other ones. I think this is more action than talking, because it doesn't slow down at all about the story. You'll probably be like wdf.

Fate/Zero is the past of Unlimited Blade Works. It uncovers the secrets of the main characters parents and to show that they entered the war and how it began as well. Shows more background of Rin, Sakura, and Illya when they where children super small kids. Shirou when he was small at the end too, how he became an Emiya, and Gilgamesh.

Fate/stay Night Unlimited Blade Works is Rin's route. This shows more of Rin and Shirou's relationship. They grew up by the end of the series, which is very much to enjoyment seeing them grow and taking up new challenges.

The series is basically based from the games, so I think that's why it's made this way.
That is the best way to explain on how the series works. Soon there will be more to come from what I heard with Sakura's route, which I hear will talk about more of Shirou and Sakura's relationship. That's pretty much the gist of it.

Anyway on with the review for UBW. The animation is outstanding and top notch. The buildings are so realistic and water looks like it will come out from the screen okay nah not really, but it's awesome. You can hear the clashing from the swords not like how it was back then in "FSN" You can really hear they took the time to animate this.

The music is also to die for from the series. Have you heard of Kalafina or LiSa? LiSa might be more of recognizable artist, because she done a few themes for Sword Art Online and Angel Beats. She's back with "This Illusion" baby, the theme was done by someone else from the 2006 version. My how it changed. It gave a kick in the feels when it played as Tohsaka was falling from the roof and dayum that animation. Kalafina does themes mostly for this series and a few other series that I forgot, I apologize, but you can look it up. If you haven't heard of any music by them, then start doing it now! I especially liked Aimer's Brave Shine too. She's new that I never heard of before. Outstanding music that are done with these artists that you can't miss a beat.

Welp that's all with my review.
It does have a certainty on which order you should watch.
I recommend watching Fate/Zero before this. The 2006 version is optional.
