Very similar concept overall, where a poor girl works under a rich guy and they fall in love. Both male leads and female leads are very similar and they all have great chemistry together.
Both has female leads that are poor that works under the main male lead who runs the company. Soon both the females begin to work for the male personally and the male begins to treat the female as new toys and soon develop feelings for them.
In Hapi Mari the female was forced into marriage and force to live with the male,
while in diamond the female lead only came to his home to clean and was never forced into marriage
