Both of the shows work with the hardships of the lifes of voice actors/actresses, with the main character being a beginner voice actress. They also become idol seiyuu later on.

The life of voice acting in an anime. It is indeed glorious, hence there being multiple anime about voice actors.
Both shows focus on three girls who get work together as seiyuu and end up forming an idol unit together. If you're interested in the seiyuu business, both shows will give you a little insight along with some humor.
