Both involves the same plot where guy and girl agrees to have a pretend relationship for the sake of the ones they care for and both have the same school setting but one was set in high school while the other one is set in college.

Harem shows that involve the protagonist having to pretend to have a relationship with another girl, though with a larger cast of characters serving as love interests. A lot of the situations are driven by coincidences, and Nisekoi fully embraces that, using it as the main focus of its comedy, though both are funny shows.
Both series have a situation where a boy and a girl agree to have a false relationship in order to protect the ones they care for (in Nisekoi to avoid a gang war, in KO to save up appearances), and in both as the plot progresses other girls are introduced (some with more importance for the main character and the story), creating situations where sometimes put in danger the false relationship.

Dissimilarities:
One anime's female lead was a tsundere and a High Schooler. while in the other anime the female lead was more like a working girl in a hostess industry.

The two animes have a harem with very beautiful girls.
Both have a false love relationship and from that relationship true love will begin to emerge.
Both are romantic comedies where the MC must pretend to be in a relationship with one of the girls for "bigger" reasons. Even the personality of the characters is very similar and the evolution of feelings is similar too. Both are harem and have the same audience target.

Exactly the same concept. Harem, romance, and the shows are almost identical. Only difference would be that Raku from Nisekoi is slightly less of a douchebag than Kazuya, but the shows are the same revolving around the MC and his harem. If you liked this show, you sure as hell will like Nisekoi
SoL show where there's a topic "Pretending to be a Lover", the difference is, on Nisekoi, they need to pretend to be a lover due to family issue, on Kanojo Okarishimasu, the MC literally "rent" a girl to be a girlfriend, but later due to personal issues, they need to keep pretending to be a lover.
The art is good, the girls are cute, there's some unexpected encounters that spices up the story

Both shows revolve around a lovesick boy/man who ends up in a harem after being forced to fake being in a relationship with a girl way out of his league. Both can't really stand each other at first, but, through this fake love, both pairs respectively get closer to one another and, eventually the tsundere girl/woman slowly grow attached to their fake lover and the boy/man will slowly fall out of love with his crush and develop a new crush with their fake lover, making the harem plot interesting.

Both animes are comedy and romance. In both animes, the main character and the heroine end up having to a fake relationship due to some circumstances. Not to mention, they both have some of the most top-tier waifus as well and have some really heartwarming scenes.
In Nisekoi story, they were forced to become couple by pretending under certain circumstances. In Kanojo, Okarishimasu, they also have to pretend to be a couple. The MC (Main Character) in those story also have a love triangle (probably)

third : almost same art
mizuhara = chitoge (tsundere)
marika = ruka (deredere)

You have a Tsundere best girl faking her love with the MC at first due to some absurd circumstances, which gradually would become a reality. Then there is the adorable Dandere having the hardest times in their lives confessing, having a spin-off of her own, and the assertive Deredere, who decides that telling the whole world about her crush would be the best way to steal the MC. Now guess which of these two anime am I talking about. There's just so much resemblance it scares us.
Both have the idea of a fake love.
Both have a harem plot.
Both are really funny.
Both have a lovable cast.
Full of misunderstanding and the main characters have to pretend to be a couple with a top tier girl
Both of these anime have a similar storyline, such as the main character falls in love with the girl that fake their relationship for their family's sake. And there's one girl that falls in love with the main character, but the main character must reject her for his relationship's sake.
Both series are about a guy and a girl who have to put on a fake relationship which they have to stand to make their families happy. Despite this, both series are also harem stories where other girls try to get the MC without a care about the fake relationship.

This is the same trashy harem show but in different settings.
Male protagonists are the same, same "arranged" relationship, a bit different female heroines, but this is more due to the fashion and preferences of the time, rather than authors creativity.
