I like Yankee-Kun to Megane-Chan too, they are so funny!
I've read other manhwas by the same author as My Boyfriend is a Vampire though I have not read that one yet. Love in the Mask by her is really good. I really a lot of Hwang Mi Ri's manhwas too, which is the artist that Han Yu-Rang started as the assistant too, so their styles and art are a bit similar, it's a really distinctive style and sometimes I like it and sometimes it bothers me, but I still enjoy the stories, but Yes I agree it is weird.
Vampire Knight is good, but it is changes a lot it starts out lighter and gets a lot darker and more sterious. It's also a bit complicated and convoluted, so if you do read it and you have times where you are going Huh?? just ask me - lol There is a part in the middle where it gets weird for a while but it's gotten better again now.
Rie Takada - I love Heart by her - it is a manga that I just really love - I am not sure why. I like the characters. The girl is stupid but she is good and I like the guy a lot. He reminds me a bit of my oldest brother cause he used to race motorcycles too and is just very similar in personality and almost in looks too. There are scenes in there where she is hanging out in the garage with him that are SO funny. It is just a really nice romance cause it doesn't have all that love triangle stuff. I don't know if I have read other ones by her, but I really enjoyed that story, it was just a nice fun read.
It's funny what you say about all the characters looking the same cause I feel the same way about Hwang Mi Ri and Han Y-Rang's works definitely. All the characters really really look the same. Like the heroine and hero in most of her works look the same. xD

I read a lot of different stuff - shoujo and josei like Hapi Mari mostly but also a fair amount of seinens cause I enjoy different stuff.
I love Perfect Girl Evolution! She cracks me up. I was reading Black Bird but need to catch up on the last several chapters. Oresama Teacher is really good and has been updating a lot lately. I've been reading a lot of Bakuman too. I also read a lot of manhwas like Orange Marmalade and Noblesse. I like Vampire Knight but it updates and progresses really slowly, I have a love hate relationship with it. lol
I'm also a fan of Faster than a Kiss!
