I started 0 no Soukoushi because the art and summery intriqued me and it turned out to be better than I thought. There was a lot of detail on perfumes and the plot was really interesting, so I could barely stop reading. The art was also very beautiful.
But the manga was too short and there were a few questions left unanswered.
0 no Soukoushi is, although quite short, a very interesting read that would keep anyone wanting more.

I started this manga thinking that it would be a decent romance manga. I was dead wrong.
The plot summery was good, and the art is outstanding, but the plot didn`t captivate me as I thought it would, and I just couldn`t keep reading. Maria was a strong lead, but then she started to try and change herself(Lovely Transformation) because of what one guy said, and so she lost a few points. The teacher didn`t listen to Maria and even blames her for things she didn`t do. In short, I was a little disappointed in this manga, and ...

This anime is a bit too light-hearted for this genre of anime in my opinion. The main character, Carrot, spends most of his screentime chasing girls with Tira and Chocolat chasing after him and Gateau and Marron stand back and watch. It doesn't get serious until the last few episodes of the anime, and even then, it's still a bit light-hearted.
The art and the music were pretty good, Marron was soo pretty! Mask was a great ending song. It would have been better if they'd dug deeper into the character's lives and their reasons for being who they are. Why did they choose to become sorcerer ... |
