Angel Beats! Another Epilogue (Anime) add

Recommended

This one is so short. Basically it's another epilogue. It's an alternate ending to the original ending from Angel Beats and without spoiling it but I prefer this ending. It's pretty bitter sweet.

Just imagine it as a short extended ending with the art and setting all the same art and only featuring voices from one returning character

(Those bitter sweet endings though: TTGL, Madoka movie, -cough- Angel beats epilogue)

Such a beautiful anime. If there was an anime for you to not skip OP’s and ED’s (especially not ED’s) this would be it.

Story: 8

It was only 13 episodes T.T but the story still fit in perfectly. The first arc would probably be meeting all the characters and developing them whilst the second half has them working together to defeat the “antagonist”. Akame ga Kill! (Anime) add

Akame Ga Kill. Akame Ga Kill. After I finished watching it and had already moved on, I realized that it was THE anime of the season. Maybe not because it was good but because it was talked about because everyone had their own opinions.

STORY: 6
The story starts off setting the tone with deaths everywhere but that is to be expected with this anime. It then goes on to have this kid to join a group of assassins out to set the world straight. Strangely the story is told from Tatsumi's point of view even though the title of the anime ... is Akame ga Kill. If you read the manga don't expect this to be the same. As someone who has only watched the anime I found it unreasonable that the show decides to near the end [SPOILERS]
kill off everyone. Some were killed because they were ganged up upon and some simply because their skill set could not win versus their opponents but at the end people just started dying. They just. Did. There also was a small romance thing that i'm not going to talk about because it only lasted a few episodes before the "great flood" came and wiped everyone out.

ART: 7
The art wasn't bad. It was actually "good". When watched in HD you could see how much work they put into the art with the blood sprays everywhere and the character sweats. The characters were designed to fit their personalities which was actually a really good job by the studio. The backgrounds and settings were well drawn as well. Not breathtaking or anything but definitely not bad.

SOUND: 8
The voice actors are sooooo goood. There are a couple of scenes where Tatsumi and Bullat just make you clench your fists and scream with them too. Anime usually don't elicit physical reactions from me but the sound and everything really just gets you into it.

CHARACTER: 6
I hate to say this but everytime a character in this anime has a flashback...they're about to die. The anime tries to give you a quick deep throat of character development and try to give you feels for a character before they kill them off. The romance part of this (there was a romance aspect?) was rushed, the characters are all rushed but the one thing I do have to give them credit for was that they actually had a huge cast of characters and near the end the evil side (There was two seperate groups in the anime basically a "good" and a "bad" side) had almost as much development as the good side. I found the "bad guys" to be more intresting than the good guys because they had alot of things that made you reconsider whether or not they were truly bad guys. One of the bad guy had a beautiful wife and child and that was one of the most touching characters :'(

SEXINESS: 7
So you might be like, "You get turned on by blood?" well No. Ew. But there were a couple fan service scenes in the anime. Of course you can't have an anime without a bunch of girls going to the beach, and the characters in this anime in general at points were all wearing some pretty um "intresting" outfits (not all the time rip). Even the guys. The characters themselves I know some people have a crush on. Akame? Esdeath? Leone? I'm a part of the small Chelsea crew :3

ENJOYMENT: 9
Yo what the hell is this? You had all this trash talk on it but you gave it a 9? I enjoyed it! Would i rewatch it? Hell no. This is more like a 1 time fling and the ending to be honest wasn't exceptional. (Although the way he went out was pretty sick. That make no sense? watch it :D) The fight scenes were actually hella good and the setting wasn't that cliche. it was pretty cliche. But hey It's definitely worth watching if you have nothing to watch. If you do have something to watch though, this could prooooooooobably wait.

OVERALL: 8
Ok guys. You can say it was trash but really? Ok maybe. I can see the trash aspect of it but you could definitely have stopped watching at any point you were done because there were parts of the show that repeated itself. As I said before this is definitely worth the watch if you have nothing to watch simply because the show keeps moving. That might be a bad thing but you can't really be bored because Oh look she's dead. Oh no he's dead. Oh what she can die? This is one of the shows where if people say it's trash I don't always fight them but to anyone that has come here actually looking for thoughts on if you should watch it or not. Go for it!
