At first I was thinking that this will be another typical romance manga. Nothing spectacular or original. The whole girl meets boy... falls in love when they're kids... grow up and meet again... and the drama begins. I thought that in the beginning once I started reading, but then things got REAL interesting. The focus of course is the love triangle with our main heroine, Haine, X, and X (don't want to give away too much!). Haine has all the typical characteristics of a shoujo heroine... only difference is shes not all sunshine on the inside... shes pretty damaged. Which makes her that much more ...

Bitter Virgin (Manga) add
Story: The story was pretty intense. It touched on very mature subject matter. This manga is the first of its kind that I have encountered, so to me it was different and stood out a bit from the rest. I don't want to give too much away regarding the story, so I'll just leave it at that.

I loooved the story! Although its not original... it had its own special flare that kept it interesting. Kirie and Hatsune are what really set this manga apart from other similar mangas. The relationship between the two main characters was very amusing! As a girl, I would personally love to have a friend like Kirie! The artwork was beautiful. I loved the character designs. All in all... it was a quick, fun, cute, and lighthearted read and is highly recommended!

Story: The story in my opinion was different from the regular shoujo/fantasy/romance setups. It was captivating from beginning to end... in fact... I didn't want it to EVER end. Everything was executed perfectly without any rushing nor dragging. When you can finish up a manga or anime and have that content feeling of satisfactory closure, but yet want more... you know the author did their job.

Art: What can I say... Matsuri Hino's art is freakin' incredible. Completely beautiful, soft, magical, and SEXY! She's the true definition of a Shoujo Mangaka. If I ...
