Zetsuen no Tempest
add

Zetsuen no Tempest anime is similar to Rave (MANGA) regarding those time travels especially the epic Seighart moment which is only shown in the manga of Rave. I can't compare manga to manga as I haven't read the manga of Zetsuen no Tempest so there you have it, but upon reading some news/discussions that the anime of Zetsuen no Tempest is faithful to the manga except the ending is slightly different then it could be assumed the same.

If you were to cut penguindrum into 2 seasons (1-12 ans 13-24), it is similar in a way with code geass r1 ending in terms of what happened to Himari and Lelouch. Also as mentioned before Both anime starts out small and eventually ends up being involved with the fate of the world. Both anime are also about brothers doing everything they can for their sister. Code Geass is more political whereas Penguindrum is more focused on family.

Both have a similar storyline = bittersweet. Even the art has a similar feel. Mucha Kucha Daisuki is shorter compared to Boku no Hatsukoi. Their ending is different in the sense that Boku no Hatsukoi ended like a cliffhanger whereas Mucha Bucha Daisuki had a proper closure. The situation of the guy in Boku no Hatsukoi is similar to the situation with the girl in Mucha Bucha. But nonetheless they are really both similar like 80% similarity.

Hana ni Arashi = girl ends up with the sole billionaire heir. 1/2 Prince = girl ends up with a Prince of a foreign country. Well 1/2 Prince is longer compared to Hana ni Arashi and is somewhat smutty. I prefer Hana ni Arashi because of how cool the main guy is.
