I just wanted to clarify for people who are looking for the manga. You need to look for the novel and not the manga. If you are like me and go look for the manga you may be slightly confused by the high score. I do not feel the manga is of the same quality as the novel, which seems to be what everyone is basing their score on. I realize it states novel in the title but just wanted to clarify for anyone who was initially confused like myself.

I wanted to talk about this manga as I am reading it. I am up to chapter 19 and let me just say, "Wow" what a page turner! You can get the basics of the story from the bio above or the more well written reviews, but I just had to throw down a few words on here to let people like me know how good this is. I love being in the world this manga puts you on and look forward to finding out what the symbol and "friend" is all about. Back to it then.

I only picked this because it was on top of the manga list, but I was very pleased with it. I have never read a manga with the tone of this one before. The time I was finished with the manga which is only eight small chapters I was very happy I read it. The ending really struck a cord with me and chocked me up a little bit. Anytime any work of art can elicit emotions like that out of you, it must be doing something right.
