Okay, first of all I just wanted to be pretty clear about not having watched the whole anime, I just watched six episodes and I'm just showing the opinion that I formed after watching these episodes.
Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai is a good anime, but very cliche. It's basically the same formula as other anime: a boring male protagonist, some girls with him and some fanciful phenomenon.

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is a pretty good anime if you are an artist.
You will identify with various situations that the characters pass (such as creative blocking, for example), you will feel represented... It's a pretty good anime if you are an anime fan for a long time too, whether because there is a character in this style (who collects action figures, plays dating simulator games, etc) or/and because you can have a new perception of how manga is made (all the process). I've liked this anime so much.
The history is not something very complex, by the way, it is pretty simple. But the anime is so interesting that makes you want to watch more even without a complex history behind. The humor is nice. Particularly I've liked a lot the animation and expressions of the characters, it is "one more point" that made this anime so funny. The characters are so different between each other, and it's nice and funny to see their friendship because of this. They are very cute too! This anime is very bad, I just started watching it because Hideaki Anno is supporting the anime. And as a Evangelion fan I wanted to check it out.
The animation is a disaster, many times I saw the hair entering in the clothes and things like that. The movements of the characters are horrible (sometimes pretty slowly) and the special effects are very amateur. The history is very poor and the humor is pretty forced mainly the characters and the situations they force, *spoiler alert * like having a volcano in their classroom and talking about their panties.
