I'm not going to write any long detailed review, it's already been done by the others. I'm just going to list some important things you need to know if you still haven't watched it yet.
It is one of those rare shounen that doesn't have much friendship/love cliches and has some of the most memorable and interesting characters I have seen. The protagonist is not your usual "save the world" type guy, and all the main characters have much depth to them. After reading the synopsis I couldn't help but laugh, and this is what Yarima Queen does. It's an extremely silly hentai whose sole purpose is to make you laugh. No matter how serious the story may be, or how good the beginning may look (yes it begins with its best sex scene), it is nothing more than a stupid hentai.
