Im in my 20s and really like anime and manga. I just got into anime in 2003 and I just started to read manga in 2007.
My favorite animes include One Piece, Code Geass, Code Geass R2, Prince of Tennis, Skip Beat, Golden Boy, Seirei no Moribito, and Beck.
My Favorite manga include MAR, Naruto, and One Piece. Besides anime and manga I enjoy hangin' with my friends, playing video games, watching movies, watching TV, and listing to music.
Some of my favorite video games are Jak and Daxter, Harvest Moon, Ratchet and Clank, Lego Indiana Jones, Golden Sun, Dragon Quest VIII, Lego Star Wars, I-ninja, God of War, Sly Cooper, and Lego Batman
My favorite movies are Lord of the Rings, Matrix, Indiana Jones, Star Wars, Zombieland, Spiderman, Batman Begins, Rocky, Dark Knight, and Kick-Ass.
My favorite TV shows are Glee, Castle, Fringe, V, Chuck, Stargate SG1, and South Park.
Some of my favorite artists are Ne-Yo, Linkin Park, New Found Glory, Smiple Plan, and All American Rejects.

I would say you truly get the best experience by reading through the manga. The pace of it is perfect. The anime is nice to watch afterwards though just to have everything sort of "come alive."

I say watch but the anime follows the manga 100%
so you can watch it first and then read
