I HAVE FINISHED THE TO HEART SEQUEL! \o/
It was better, although flawed. Some of the characters are quite adorable (as in one would be tempted to cosplay them, or trick someone else to do so à la Konata), and some plot twists really made sense in a somewhat powerful way, but others felt completely random and/or cheesy. AND IT ISN'T SLOW. At any rate, if you feel like watching it I'd say you can skip the first series. >:)
But we should definitely plan our watching To Heart 2 first. :3

Hey, I saw a nifty idea on my flist that I feel like stealing... how about planning to watch a finished harem series at the same time, as in picking a day for each episode and exchanging comments afterwards? Say, School Rumble, ToHeart 2 or Air for instance. ¦3

That she is. I did get weepy, but for some reason I actually cried more during the end of Shiori's arch. I didn't even like her all that much, but she strongly reminded me of Tsukasa in the end. ;_;
