Preliminary (145/? chp)
The manga is a long on drag that requires a lot of patience. It feels as if a teenager filled with angst wrote it at times. The beginning was good, don't get me wrong, but as it kept going on, it felt as if the author wanted to string the audience along, which was their greatest mistake for their manga. There seemed to be abrupt coincidences in some of the arcs that caused the story line to be abstruse to most of the readers, it made the story in general incomprehensible at times, though perhaps this author is trying to fit every "tv trope" in ...

First, I thought it was cringey, I thought it was oddly overexaggerated at times, and even felt second hand embarrassment due to the character's actions at times.. Albeit, I stuck with the 3 episode rule, and I am glad I did. I almost hated the main female character, Saki Kasukabe, but there is a lot of character development for her. She isn't a tsundere, she's a normal girl who learns to get over her pride and is willing to sacrifice for the club. She is very adamant and stubborn, but she defends for the team and fights for them, despite poking fun at them. She ...

I liked this show in the beginning, because I genuinely thought it had some good writing (only in the first 2), but it quickly went south with the writing as it depended on too many tropes and cliches. This show is meant to be exaggerated, however, it goes to a point where there's barely any explanation and multiple plot holes. The main character, Nagomi, drags everyone down with her with barely a redemption arc. There is lack of character depth for most of the characters, as again, the "development" of said so characters purely depends on plot holes and cliches. I wouldve liked this show ...

It's a bit rushed, however, it had a beautiful story that contained self righteousness taking wrong turns and had in depth messages about those who don't exactly see the consequences of their actions. It's easy to see things in a one way street, though difficult to see it in other's perspectives. When you read this, you expect yourself to empathize with the main character, though you can see the main character demoralize themselves with such short solutions, as this story shows that sometimes, you do need trauma and you need to face them head on instead of short temporal solutions. It's a wonderful story with ...

Jesus. Literally, since this is an anime about diabolical characters. The first season was great, even if it was filtered with melodramatic themes, as it wasnt the main plot device, and still had other elements that were well explained. The second season came, and the pacing was very quick, the characters seemed entirely new, almost as if it's an entirely new show. Do not watch this if you were expecting the same show, it's entirely different, and has shitty pacing.

They introduce characters and do not explain at all about any of the plot, to the point where it's just a clusterfuck and insanely confusing. ...

This manga would've been better if the characters were more likable. They were 1 dimensional. The only character I liked was the female MC, though that was a given, as it seemed as if she had no flaws, but instead, was a "mother" that was meant to provide salvation for the male MC. I understand that within manga that surrounds the perspective of characters with social anxiety, they indulge into this trope of "angelic" female characters (welcome to NHK, this one, etc). However, the reality is, is that in order for hikkikomoris to actually not depend onto escapism, you'd have to have more depth into ...

Very cute anime, though I could tell the art style changed a bit. I liked this more than season 1, personally because it had better pacing and more depth into the characters. My favorite was the interactions with smaller characters, such as Elma and Kanna. The only thing I could complain about was the introduction of Illulu. It was a bit quick, and it took some time to get used to her physical character along with her mentality, though I quickly got over it and began to like her. It's a good anime to pass time.

The other downside I'd have is the lack of interactions ...

Mixed Feelings
Maybe it's because I'm desensitized to these sorts of things, but this manga wasn't very well at shocking me or giving discomfort. The main character was already jaded, albeit a bit of a paranoid character.

However, I do wish the author would give more depth to his reasoning of killings. it doesn't exactly surprise me when he just does it out of paranoia. It seems like an unrealistic personification of mental illness and how it delves into murder. However, it is a good example as to how you can have pent up paranoiac episodes and fear for your reasoning to kill. It just doesn't seem "shocking" ...

If I remembered correctly, they had some unrealistic elements to the story. But it's manga. I feel like it's an average run of the hill doujin of rape, except a more elaborate clarification on the aftermath of how victims reacted, and how it can affect family around them. There was some things that could be done differently, such as how characters reacted or their actions, however I'm not a psychologist.

It shows how dehumanizing humanity can be, and how little care we have to those. However, the only reason I give it a lower rating is bc of the lack of depth we were given to ...

A shitty edgy manga that pulled gore and used shock factor to try to demoralize and precisely created a "psychological manga" that could only be thought so by those who are easily shocked by mention of (spoilers below)

Pedophilia, cannibalism, and guro. Also a fair amount of satanic rituals and worshiping done to a humored extent. Not really for the faint of heart, but you get desensitized due to how overly done it is. If you want a manga just to read out of boredom and want to see how quick authors are to over use edge and grotesque art with no plotline except probably on ...
