I also agree about the intro music, i didn't realize it was catchy until i started singing it. Really embarrassing when your getting your groceries and you start singing, "kiss kiss, fall in love."
I started with Death Note (well technically it would be Pokemon and those ones that were on when you were young but I don't count those). If you haven't seen it yet then you really should because it's amazing XD.
Let's see, my first manga... would probably be Naruto... even though I don't really keep up with it anymore.

Haha cool. ^^. Yeah, compared to some people on this site I'm a complete newbie. But I can tell you right now that you'll absolutely love anime once you start getting into it :D.
