-Slapstick comedy -Random...like really random -Gradually progress towards more serious plot story. Beelzebub always had a more serious plot to begin with, binbougami ga introduces it slowly. -one's completed, the other isn't -both gets FEELSY at later chapters (T~T)

...then you might like The Legend of Maian add

Both stories consist of powerful women with unimaginable power now sealed with it only being able to be lifted through discovering love (or kissing). Their male partners both have considerable skills or potential. However in both stories, once their powers become unsealed, their loved ones are snatched away and somehow goes to the enemy's side and now they must fight to return them to their original state. Both stories are filled with action, suspense, and romance.

...then you might like High School DxD add

Both involves the male character suddenly getting involved into supernatural environments. In Rosario Vampire he enrolls in a monster high school while in High School DxD there are devils. Both ecchi, very funny and the plots are interesting.

A boy starts living in a dorm that consists of only GIRLS! Both series begin with the boy characters are misunderstood by the girls in the beginning that they're leeching perverts (although there is a slight difference, in Ai Kora the boy actually is a pervert but in Love Hina he isn't). Gradually over time both boys and girls in each series start developing feelings for one another and both go through a series of hilarious, heartwarming events and scenerios. If you love one, I can guarantee you'll love the other.
