I personally love the breaker. I like Noblesse a little more. I can't say whether it's as good because it's a martial arts supernatural story. The characters are great and there's a lot of badass moments. You should check it out.

As for the gifs you can find them by typing Noblesse Gifs on google.

These are the closest thing we're going to get to an anime.

P.S I just found out 3 volumes have been released of Noblesse in english for global readers. I'm so hyped! I'm ordering them asap!

I wish manhwa were translated. I would love to buy Noblesse and The Breaker volumes. I don't really think an anime is necessary. We have great art along with color. It's kind of like reading an anime. I would like voices but I'm glad we already have what we have. Not many series are in color.

I do like Law especially after getting to know him in the recent arcs but I never really got the hype around him. I like how he's composed and chill (his attitude). Sanji is smart. However his pervertedness can get annoying especially in battles. It's frustrating to see someone so strong get beaten up by cocky characters just because they're female. Other than that I find his pervert side funny. I prefer Law. I don't dislike Sanji. I like him but I like Law more. One thing I don't like about One Piece after the time skip is Franky's design. And how he's practically a transformer along with the over exaggerated features of the ship.

When I found out about Manhwa on this site I decided to give it a shot and read one. So I read The Breaker and thought it was awesome. I wanted to read another and saw Noblesse had a really high score. It was also in color. I wasn't sure whether I'd like it but ended up loving it after about over 20 chapters.

Why did Like Kuwabara? I don't know. At first I thought he was annoying. As the show went on it was revealed he had a sense of honor and selflessness. He was also funny and I liked the relationship with Yusuke. It was similar with Usopp. I didn't like him at first but now he's my 3rd favourite strawhat. Did you not like Kuwabara?

Oh wow another person who's as much a fan of Noblesse as I am. You're the first person I've seen who also loves Noblesse here.

I'm very, very sorry for my slowpoke reply.
Oh, what did change your mind to not move to Norway?
And where are you living now?:D

Hmm...That's a hard one. I can't represent all otakus in Norway, but I guess that the most popular animes in Norway are those that are huge in other countries, like One Piece and Naruto. That's the most obvious answer I can think of xD

I would say I have a more refined taste though, haha. I love One Piece, because that's what made me watch anime in the first place. Today I watch almost everything. I don't care if it is shounen or shoujo, or some other subgenre. This week is awesome though, because all the fall anime starts airing, so I've watched over 10 shows so far, and some of them are really good!

PTW is Plan to Watch. :)

Ah yes breaking bad is amazing, I'm at the very last episode of season 3 at the moment, progressing quite fast!

hehe you should, it's an amazing movie! And also, I've been very busy with school lately so in the future I might take a while to respond to your comments, I thought it was better to let you know now. :)
Kolis Sep 10, 2014 1:05 PM
That goes for me too, but I have like a plan with around 5 series that I want to watch next. And I guess as soon as I complete one of them I'll look for another to watch. :)
I tend to do that sometimes too but lately I've tried to watch those I have on my PTW list. :P

I mean all of my friends talk about GoT all the time so I'm sure I won't suddently forget. I just have a bit too much to do now with school, Watching Breaking Bad and some anime. You should check out ''The Pianist'' by Roman Polanski, a director I really respect! It's about Nazi Germany too, quite similar to Schindler's list in that aspect. :)

Kolis Sep 7, 2014 10:01 AM
Not sure if my friend will have time to watch it right away, but I hope she will remember it.
Yeah I've seen Band of Brothers and it's great! :)
Yeah I heard so myself, but I don't mind waiting at all. I don't feel like someone has spoiled it for me, no. But it's hard to tell since I don't know the names of any of the characters or stuff like that.

I see what you mean and I think most people have that kind of system when it comes to certain movies too. :P I guess the more lighthearted and entertaining ones are the ones you can watch over and over, but the more deep or sad ones like Schindler's List is the ones you really like but don't end up watching it over and over because of it. :P

Kolis Sep 1, 2014 9:30 AM
Ah I see, I also recommended Kingdoms to a friend of mine since she really likes Historical shows so I'm helping you to spread the word! :D

Yeah I get what you mean, In that sense you could say I'm an otaku too. :P Haha I'm actually debating weather or not to go to some kind of anime convention next summer, but we'll see.
Hmm, favorite movies... The Shawshank Redemption might be my very favorite movie. Other than that I like th star wars movie series, Lord of the rings, Into the Wild, Green mile, Saving private Ryan, Schindler's List and the list goes on forever lol!
I have not had time watching THAT many series. and I'm waiting for Game of Thrones to be finished until I start on it. :P

Haha, I have never been a fan of the sports genre in anime sadly. Even though I LOVE sports in real life it just doesn't work that well in Anime for some reaosn. Maybe because I know it's just fiction? :O Ah they are sort of the same in my head. Atleast when it comes to anime and western movies.
Kolis Aug 29, 2014 10:52 AM
Ohhh I remember seing kingdom on MAL before, it was not too long ago that it was airing. But there is a lot of episodes and I have 80+ other shows on my plan to watch list so I have no clue when I'll be able to watch it to be honest. Hopefully in not too long, but thanks for letting me know, I recall kingdom having really nice raiting especially season two but I forgot about the show until you mentioned it now, thanks again.

I guess you could say so, I mean if some of my friends knew about it I have no idea what they would say or do to me lol! And I don't really consider myself an otaku either, since I still prefer Western or non-animated movies and series in many cases. I think that anime is good at what it does especially for the target audience which is teenagers and young adults. But I really feel a lack of maturity from most anime, which is something I really crave for. That's why I need a break from it every now and then.

Yeah you're right, been a loooong time since I've experienced a show that I truly loved though. I miss that feeling... ;(
Kolis Aug 29, 2014 4:18 AM
I see what you mean, and I have a little hipster inside of myself too so don't worry haha. Hmm Kingdom, I have not heard about that one, what is it about?
hmm that might explain it, If someone would look at my facebook profile there is no way you could find out that I liked anime or manga. The only place I read or talk about anime is on this site so I guess that's why nothing is really overhyped to the point that it gets annoying for me. Same here I've been slacking when it comes to my watching, I better get starting again soon though. :/

Yeah same here, if someone with a similar taste to mine sais a movie is AMAZING then I will most likely thing the same too. :) I agree, before I would say mecha is my least favorite genre but a show in my top 3 is a mecha show so that doesn't really work anymore haha! But I still think twice before starting on a mecha show though. :P

Where this path will lead me to is unknown so I'll just see where it takes me. And thanks!
SilverrKnight Aug 26, 2014 10:08 PM
yeah.. the ending was awesome but still im confused whether ( ein, died or not ). but in my imagination of the series, she died. since zwei dead, she has no reason to live but i guess zwei wanted her to live.

it happened to me too, looking at the series i knew they might die, so i was ready. but then even i got dumbstruck by how it end :( . and cal's story was awesome too....

which one, you gonna feast on next ?
Kolis Aug 22, 2014 6:15 AM
Oh you have not seen the whole first season of Shingeki no Kyojin yet? I thought s1 was alright, It deserved a lot of hype since from my perspective there was like no other show with the same quality releasing at that time. Maybe you have a little ''hipster'' in you? End up not liking something if everyone else also loves it and talkes about it?
But yeah you should probably complete s1 since I've heard season two is coming some time in the future and I hope that will be just as good or hopefully better! (only if you liked the show up to the point where you are now).

Maybe it was a bit overhyped, but I think it's also because it's a genre I'm not a big fan of. It's like if I go out to see a movie and it's a comedy movie and my friends are saying it's the best film they have seen, then I simply can't expect it to become my favorite film ever.

Haha I like the metaphor you are using! I have a really hard time imagining what I'll do when I get older and looking for a job etc. I have no clue at the moment, but I like working with media like the internet, TV, Radio. stuff like that so that's also what I'm currently studying! :) Hopefully you'll find what you are good at and can be usefull for others too!

Haha I will, I have a ton of anime to watch first so maybe I'll read some this weekend or later on. But I will make sure to tell you when I do.

Thanks a lot! :D
