By the way, my semitomboyish friend from North Carolina is a huge fan of historical manga. She told me that she read Rose of Versailles, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin and many manga I've never heard of.
She's the same age as you and she's kind of a bibliophile.
I had no idea idea that you studied Japanese. How recently? I don't know, but I started last summer because I wanted to get into Silent Möbius QD.
Nobody told me that the 1988 Kia Asamiya manga had a sequel so I had to find out for myself 10 years after it's release.
As for Grandia, it's a wonderful game and you might enjoy it like I did one day.
I also replayed Wild Arms 2 in Japanese because the old Sony translation was terrible. I don't like the way that dialogue was translated at the Disc 1 finale, pause!
Have you been studying Japanese too and what do you think of Grandia?
