When I first saw this, I has assumed it was not related to Blood+, after all there was no similarities aside from the main characters name. Which still remains accurate after finishing the series. Though the battle scenes where entertaining the show fell extremely flat. The plot reminded me of Cabin in the Woods. The pacing was incredibly slow, they could have made a movie out of this 12 episode anime and the movie would have gotten the same points across. The lore between Blood+ and Blood-C does not connect by any stretch, and I honestly believe that Blood-C might as well be it's own

If you are a fan of dubs like me you are out of luck with this one. The story characters and such were okay but the voice acting made me want to shoot myself in the foot. The girls have bad britishy irishy ascents and the head knight or whatever sounds Indian. It gives me a headache.

This is an anime you absolutely love or hate. I loved it. The first episode was a jewel and the story and plot are very original. It has action, comedy, mystery, and drama. The soundtrack was lovely and so was the sound. The characters were well thought out and the back stories were revealed for the more important ones such as Finnian (The gardener) and obviously the main characters. It was also not predictable which I loved because I hate being able to guess what happens. I have noting but praise for Kuroshitsuji.
