Well I'm suspect to talk about it, 'cause I do love Mushishi very much. But I think you should indeed! hehe I like the melancholic feeling in each episode, the art, the soundtrack.. yeah pretty much everything! What got me to watch it, was this trailer here.
Yeah maybe, but since you liked 20th Century Boys, you should like Happy! too.
I like Homunculus very much, the story is really interesting. You should definetely give it a try.

I need to watch Honey and Clover, it's been a while since I have it in my mind. Although I'm not particulary a fan of Slice of Life...So to be honest I don't know what to expect, but we'll see :)

Please do so, as soon as possible. Champloo rules, it's really fucking great. By the end I left the three characters... and I felt strange and melancholic, it was so intense, funny, poetic all kinds of shit. and I remembered why I like anime so much.
