I used to keep just about every anime I downloaded but these days, I only keep the anime that I might re-watch. I don't see any point in just archiving animes if I'm probably not going to see them again at some point.

And you shouldn't really worry about the spoiler. LoGH is more about enjoying how things unfold rather than what they unfold into.

Sorry to hear about your harddrive...

But yeah LoGH has an epic soundtrack. It's probably the only anime I've seen that manages to utilize classical music to such an amazing extent. It really gives the battles a very grand feeling to them.

And what have you been spoiled on?

Though not to worry, the narrator himself does a great job of spoiling just about every amazing plot twist! -_-

Tracer | 07-26-09, 9:48 PM
lol yeah.

Though I'm mostly just watching anime movies or OVAs instead of 24 episode series these days.

So how are you liking LoGH so far?

Oh wow, just getting around to azu? It is a landmark in anime history so it's good you like it, lol. Without it the slice-of-life and school-comedy genre's wouldnt be what they are today. It may have happened from something else at somepoint, but Azu is what set the standard and made those things a real 'genre' in the anime world.

Aside from that its really just awesome, definitely of all the anime i've seen its in the top 5.

Guess we've both seen most of what you've watched, or maybe it uses the ratings or something, lol.

Also, not related but I agree with Tracer - Planetes is a really great show, one of my favorites. Same with Mushi-shi and NHK. Definitely good shit to watch.

homemadecool | 07-27-08, 8:23 PM
It's funny because I actually just downloaded all of Planetes recently and today I searched on the order in which I should watch Ghost in the Shell. After I'm done Mushi-shi, I'm probably going to watch Welcome to the NHK! then move onto Planetes. Probably going to download GITS soon as well.

You lucky bastard. You seem to be watching a lot of great animes (Mononoke, Gankutsuou, Now and Then, Here and There, Monster etc.) You should probably watch Planetes or Ghost in the Shell if you have the chance.

I still need to finish up on Mushishi....

homemadecool | 07-27-08, 2:28 PM
Haha, yeah. It jumped up close to 10% or so today. Wonder how that happened, haha.

Amazingly High, huh? That's pretty cool.
