This is even worse than Shiiku x Kanojo, which had gruesome amounts of gore and physical abuse. The NTR gets at you in this one because of how believable it is (keep in mind we're talking about hentai here, so the bar is pretty low), and it leaves me with an awful feeling.
I'd rather watch some girl cough up an omelette made of eggs that were shoved up her ass and stirred together through repeated forceful compression of the stomach which coincidentally makes her vomit in the process.
