I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, the direct reference is K ON! but unlike that anime some of the jokes are more adult in this one. I really like that although it is a reference it is not a copy of the anime itself. I think the characters fit the story very well with their characteristic personalities. Hitori is a character with a very particular personality, since she is far from being the protagonist we are used to, she is a very shy and introverted girl. The music as always is excellent. I liked the story. Never imagined the end of it. Now i just want to play the videogame. i guess for what i have read in the coments they were specting more because they already have played it . But to me, not knowing the story from before i would recommend.
It has a unique story and designs. The main charcater is not like the one we have always seen in toher stories. I think the charcter was pretty naive but wait isnt that the way others typicaly do without consecuences I think many will hate and just a few will like this.

It is a shame that they have such a good concept but it is completely wasted by a bad story. The development is quite rushed. They pose one thing and suddenly add others that are completely uncertain. Even if in the end not everything is fully explained. Why not focus primarily on developing a good central story and then leave a few loose ends for people to be excited to see. I love the idea and the design. But before the first dozen episodes they reveal where all this is going to end.
What a shame that they even launch a video game believing that people ... |
