I'd like start by saying that i have not read the manga for this series and i don't plan on doing so since i'd like to experience attack on titan in its best possible form.

Story

This anime has a very interesting story filled with plot twists and cliff hanger endings in each episode that makes you want to continue watching with some scenes having you at the edge of your seat. I always enjoy a good anime that is about otakus and loners but If you were expecting anime like NHK, Jellyfish princess, Boku wa tomodachi or My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU you will be disappointed.

The story here is none existent. The anime is episodic like the western cartoons where you can probably start watching at any point without having to worry if you have missed anything.

As you might have seen in the summary for this anime is that it is a spin off set in an alternate reality which illya and her parents are a family and Shiro is her cousin who frequently visits to check up on her as well as cook and do some house work. the series also has other characters from the fate series such as Tohsaka Rin and the epic heroes from both fate/stay night and fate/zero.

I'll like to start off with a disclaimer for my review since I'm sure some of you will flair up after seeing my overall score. I'm a big fan of the dragon ball series with Z being my most favourite. The version of DBZ i grew up watching was the funimation dub that aired on Toonami which had the soundtrack composed by Bruce Faulconer. I believe that the enjoyment of this movie might be influenced by which version of DBZ you you have seen growing up; whether it was the sub or one of the two different dubs.
