This is the anime that has changed my life.
No seriously, it made me think for a long time. It influenced how I do things in this world right now. I watched this in 2012 and that was the last time I cried over an anime. This is just a pure masterpiece.
Story: 10. The first season had a good story too, but my god the story in the sequel had me speechless. It starts off as a comedy at first and than it becomes deeper and deeper until you reached the Rock Bottom of feels. The symbolism is the best thing about this. So

Tokyo Ghoul:Re is the sequel so after you've read this masterpiece of a manga, read the sequel.
Now, one word that describes the manga. Addicting. The first time I read the manga was after watching Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul Root A (both sort of follow this manga). All I got to say is, why does the anime leave out so many things?. There is an UNBELIEVABLE amount of stuff here that was left out from the anime, so if you want to start off where you ended the anime, don't. Start all over again. Now, for the review. One of the first anime that I have ever seen. Lets go back to 2012, when I was in 8th grade and I'm just starting to watch some anime. I watched Death Note and FMA: Brotherhood, and than I watched this. I had no clue what to expect, since it was the first time I had seen a RomCom/Slice of Life anime. Alright, so I read the whole manga after watching the anime and I LOVED IT. I start reading the first couple of chapters and to be honest, I had to adjust to it. I read the first chapters a couple of times to realize what's going on. After I had finally got what was going on, I now loved the story. Its great that this is around 2 years after the Anteiku Raid.
