If you liked Majo wa H na Otoshigoro add

...then you might like 1+2=Paradise add

They feel very similar, to the point where they almost seem like they came from the same author. Both have multiple girls interested in one guy. Both use unexpected troubles created by ecchi mishaps. In Majo wa H na Otoshigoro, however, the main character is an acknowledged pervert, not a gynophobe.

If you liked Toaru Majutsu no Index II add

...then you might like Owari no Seraph add

Both shows use outlandish contrivances that evoke strong emotion. While I find their ridiculous inventions equally bizarre, the frequency differs. So does the emotion I get. With Index II, almost the entire show had me falling off my chair laughing. Owari no Seraph occasionally frustrated me, inciting me to shout things like "who came up with that!?!?!!" Still, I think people who enjoy all the crazy, random, stupid crap the anime industry comes up with will like both series.

If you liked Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita add

...then you might like Cross Ange: Tenshi to Ryuu no Rondo add

Both shows happily take potshots at the industry, fans, and really anyone they feel like. Jinrui is more satirical, while Ange favors more straightforward parody. I think both can be very funny for viewers with the right sense of humor.

Both these shows make me laugh because I find their fanservice so ridiculous. In both cases, I'm pretty sure the creators intended the self-parody, which makes both great fun for anyone who can appreciate that kind of humor. (...not absolutely sure though, which is part of the fun.) For Manyuu Hikenchou, even the title falls into the ecchi silliness. If you'll forgive my (less than perfect) Japanese, I might translate Manyuu as "demon(ic) boob" and Hikenchou as "secret sword book". Think Jim Carey as the Riddler: "Was that over the top? I can never tell." Cross Ange also derives humor from its title, but in a different way (watch the end of episode previews for that).

Both are lighthearted shows filled with clashing quirky personalities that lead to much humor. Both comedies have a romance element, though in Working!! it's more of a subplot.

While I personally find Kawaisou more humorous, both are essentially slice of life stories about an apartment building full of weirdos. They also share some romance elements.

(This recommendation includes Mission-E as part of Code-E.) In both Code-E and Elfen Lied, secret organizations collect girls with special powers and perform brutal experiments (more implicit in Code-E). Some people in both fear a new kind of human and the resulting possibility of extinction, which lets both shows examine human relationships through the lens of differing humanity. They also examine human character and flaws, though Code-E's outlook on humanity is considerably less grim than Elfen Lied's.
