This is a music video, and I don't know why it's on MAL. However, its art and music are absolutely outstanding. Can't say much for the character though, since it's an mv. I guess the masked man and the eye are characters, but there's no development as the music video lasts for a few minutes. I enjoyed the music video, I guess, but if I'm treating this as an anime review, its bumped down a few notches so an 8's my score overall. Again, this isn't an anime. 3 years after this was aired, I discovered it by scrolling through an 'Anime to watch before you die' list. That list was right. After watching it, I felt that feeling that only great series can leave behind, that feeling that makes you sit down and stare at the wall instead of continuing to scroll on in the endless feed of social media.
