Let me preface my review by saying that Killing Stalking is NOT a romance story, nor is it a happy one. (Major-ish spoilers follow).
KS is an amazing perspective into the slow, gradual development of Stockholm Syndrome. The push-pull relationships, the messed up pasts, the complete and utter lack of self-esteem of the victim - all of these are very real (and in my opinion accurate) portrayals of how a toxic relationship between a perpetrator and a victim develops.

Honestly, let me start by saying i'm a little biased against mecha anime but that doesn't mean I dislike all of them - I found Innocent Venus to be quite enjoyable. I didn't really like Giniro no Kami no Agito though, although i'm not entirely sure why. It just felt quite dry and bland with not much character development.

This is my first review, so please bear with me.
After watching this show, I figured out that I just HAD to get an account to comment about how beautifully written this piece of work is. To be honest, when I first watched it I didn't expect it to be so emotional. I mean, obviously it would deal with death (hence the name) but I didn't expect them to be able to spin the story so beautifully. Quite a basic plot, there's this bar that's in limbo for people neither here nor there. Basically the first few episodes are just an introduction to the bar. ... |
