No, I do not have the highest number of anime on MAL. In fact, I am way behind the most amount of anime seen on MAL. There are users who have seen THOUSANDS of anime. I've only seen hundreds.
Who says I don't go to concerts or date or go out? I have a Halloween rock concert to go to tomorrow night and I'm wondering if to ditch it to attend an engagement party. I have a social life you know, though I don't see why I'm bothering to explain this to you. I am not a hikikomori. Nor am I a NEET. I attend university, I go out and drink with my friends when we have time and money, and I go outside and go places. I just also happen to have seen a quite a bit of anime.
But thank you for your concern, although I don't know why it seems to bother you.
