This Manga has a good story about a boy lost his job and found a haunted apartment for living where he finds his new girlfriend a ghost. LOL It focuses on many lives his neighbor, an convinence store owner who is interested in occult it has ecchi and good story though starting it focuses on ecchi and then goes slowly into the story it is a short one but sweet...
but the story ends without finding out the girl's real identity the girl name was kana and nothing else related to her remains and she forgets everything and it is bit disappointing the story should
