Overall (6.8) - A human samurai, a spear-wielding orc, and a little orphaned elf girl travelling across early Meiji-era Japan to do nuclear magic stuff. The plotline is a little bit in a fetch-and-quest style and reminded me of your usual one-shot DnD campaign. While some might say the art itself is a bit clunky, I think the combination of 3D-art with 2D-90's style colouring gives the movie its own style. The music work in this movie is appropriate. Overall (8) - A niche heist series with superhuman elements. The animation style was industry standard. The sound design and direction were good. The dynamics between the characters were enjoyable. Have a closed style ending which gave me enjoyment.
Story (7) - The story was an adaptation of a western comic by the same name. The season was divided into 3-4 episodes per story arcs. There were many plot twists and over exposition in the show, but it was part of the textbook case for heist plot points. The story also has a closed ending which I prefer.
