Obviously this is quite subjective, but to me this is the worst My Hero has fallen. I've watched all of the show, the previous movie and am current with the manga as of chapter 293, so I think its apparent that I really like this franchise. I love Deku, I love Bakugou, I love the clear influence of western comics and I love the quirk system. I enjoyed reading the manga the most, but the first season is the best shonen can be imo. I actually really like this manga. It brings me no enjoyment to give it this low of a score. There are panels that look great, characters that I love, and a world with a lot of potential. Unfortunately around chapter 100-150, the quality of this manga's writing has nose dived to an absolutely abysmal degree. Story doesn't really go anywhere and the character pale in comparison to Shuzo's other works. Replace the psychological drama and horror of his previous and future works with uncomfortable body horror and you already know the extent of what Happiness has to offer. It's really unfortunate cuz some of the art is a real treat. I love how the vampires of this world see the night sky as if it were a Van Gogh.
