Yeah the thing is reliable if anything, I feel like I drive a bit safer now too now that I've actually been in an accident and gotten my car totalled. Well that's one way to ensure not losing your marbles lol. Damn thats some serious dedication, idk the last time I spent working on something for 3 months... Yeah for sure my friends are doing some snowboarding up north. I've never tried that shit before, but sounds like fun... probly gonna injure myself or freeze, but fuckit.

Aesthetics always trump functionality and you can never have enough mugs... all my mugs are pretty lame too. I remember in highschool I made this badass skull mug but then it broke :( Yeah comissioned gets more pay and more "respect"... but aside from that idk it seems like you're just taking up a lot more responsibilities and making your life a lot harder than it has to be. I'm still not through my basic training yet, but once I do I feel like I need to re-think some shit. I got a rifle assigned to me last weekend though. Gotta carry that shit everywhere with me on base now... Raifu is laifu I guess. Still haven't shot live rounds yet, we gotta go up north at a range.

The last time I had kind of a long-term relationship was a few months ago with a co-worker... I feel like its just easier if you see someone like everyday. Ppl are so fucking busy nowadays It's hard even making time to see my friends once a week. I date once in a while, but I haven't since the new year. I made a resolution to not hit on girls, but I failed that shit quick XD Idk I feel like I need to work on my own shit, before I can expect someone to put up with me. There's a big difference between being a lone and being lonely, I don't think its good to try to get into relationships to deal with your own loneliness. Also I'm really busy now myself.

I 'm not even gonna pretend like I know anything about ceramics... So you're making pots.... and what else? Or should I be asking what are you hiding in those pots :P Well getting away definitely seems like it could help your mental health and stuff, sometimes I feel like I'm trapped here. I've been to Niagara Falls, Buffalo and New York a few times and farther north I've been to Thunder Bay and Ottawa. It's mostly been family stuff or with friends though.

Lol I wish I got gifts, I'm just getting grief. Yeah they just don't consider to you to be like one of the "boys". It's kind of hard to explain... there has always been sort of class divide between commissioned and non-commissioned too, so like a lot of the other officers are really bougee... and they kind of just assume you're like that too. Also there are much more non-commissioned than commissioned. Like maybe 5:1 if not more.

I'm 25 now... feeling hella old. My parents are pretty traditional so I've been getting those marriage talks and all my relatives joking around saying they gonna arrange marriage my ass -_-. Yeah I think I've just been trying to process who I am and who I was and who I'm gonna be and why I made the decisions I did. Not exactly a fun experience, but I feel like its necessary.

Yeah now I just gotta pay off my car loan and I'm debt free. Had a pretty nasty crash back in October, luckily no one was injured, but I needed a new car... it feels good to not be driving a 97' Accord though lol.

I'm an infantry officer in training... I'm thinking of decommissioning though. Like I'm commissioned now and that means I'm getting trained to lead platoons and shit, but that also means I have to stay longer hours and if I fuck up (which everyone inevitably does) I get judged a lot harsher and obviously I'm responsible for more shit.. also all the non-commissioned ppl kinda treat you different since I'm gonna be ordering them around in the future.

Sometimes closure is little things like finishing those ps3 games that I still have in the plastics or getting back into swimming or boxing... I think the complicated stuff is when it comes to ppl. I successfully got good with one of my friends from elementary which was awesome. He lives near my workplace so we hang out a lot now. Then there's exes... Yeah that hasn't been too fun. I saw my first ex for the first time in like 10 yrs... crazy shit. Also some self-reflection stuff looking at old journals and stuff. Maybe I'm just having a quarter-life-crisis type thing. Assuming its been a quarter, shit I didn't think I would get this far lol.

You were in Nursing before iirc? Idk you like art, so maybe makeup or hair since you're in beauty school? Where you been traveling too? I've wanted to go places too... but yeah that grind has been real.

Nm been grinding out my 9-5... not exactly the best feeling, but I'm getting that paper. Paid off my student loans! I joined the reserves too, thats been fun but also hella stressful. Been kinda in my feelings lately trying to get "closure" for a lot of stuff and revisiting my past has not always been the best experience. hbu?

I think I used to be more of a cold weather person before, but fuck the snow just kills me. Can't jog and it makes walking around really difficult. Yeah Nursing is a definitely a smart choice, technically mine is an arts degree so I should probably be worried, but I've never had a problem finding a job. Getting something in my field is a diff story though.

Lmao I can imagine, the pokemon hype is sky high since Go launched. I'm one of the few people that didn't bother getting it. I do enough walking already and shit seems way too time consuming. Lol I can see where you're coming from with the texture, I've just never been a picky eater though. I'll eat whatever you put in front of me. I barely even remember my old bike... yeah it was a long time ago.

Sounds like you're having fun with your job. I always considered myself irresponsible when it comes to pets. I can barely take care of myself lol. Yeah for the most part, I'm surprised I managed to keep this sort of job, but I think it's help me get over my social anxiety and shit. Yeah bartender sounds rough, closest thing I did was probably cashier/sale associate. I really like the idea of living off the sweat of your brow and that sort of shit. I wanted to join the army for a long time, but my parents dissuaded me. I always wanted to try some crazy physical labor job like construction, or like a fisherman or something lol.

I got coverage from university, but not from my job. Dental isn't free in Canada, but we do get free healthcare.
