Note: the show is intended for kids, my expectations weren't too high even considering that.
I wanted to watch this anime because I remember watching it as a little kid when I was obsessed with dinosaurs. However during watching the first episode I realized it would feel like a task instead of something I'd watch for enjoyment.
The plot is just a Pokémon rip off. Some kids who find ''real dinosaurs'' and need to defeat the bad guys. There's no real depth or opportunity to further develop the plot.
The idea of it is promising but it has been done so much better before.
Leaving that aside the dinosaurs

The movie tells an interesting story in an illegal sci-fi racing world. I feel like sci-fi and racing are a good match of genres in order to acquire enough story and tension.
It felt like a European comic book which has been nicely animated. The characters fit perfectly into the story and have unique relationships between them. However something keeps me from giving it a 10, I still feel there's something missing to gain the masterpiece status. What it exactly is, is very hard to tell.
