Adding on the guy below, they're surely cutting content from the manga, but they're also adding new anime only exclusive content that Kubo wrote himself, so all the rushing from Bleach so far will be compensated with big changes in further Cours.

I just saw your bleach review on the front page and I just wanted to let you know that they aren't finishing the adaption in 13 eps there's gonna be like another 3 or 4 more cours worth of the blood war arc meaning there's gonna be like 40 or so more eps but its not confirmed when those seasons are gonna come out
